How can I cancel my subscription?

To initiate the cancellation process, kindly log into your account via the designated portal at https://app.sagexglobal.ai/login.

  • Go to the Admin Panel

  • Navigate to Billing & then Subscription

  • Select the desired Workspace

  • Hover your mouse next to “Status” of the plan and am option to cancel should appear

  • Click “Cancel” to cancel the plan

From there, select the workspace you wish to cancel, and an option to cancel will become available upon hovering over the (STATUS) field. To finalize the cancellation, simply click the "cancel" button.

Please note that upon successful cancellation, the subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
