How do I configure a Workspace without Data Clusters?

  1. Set up a new workspace with the ‘Individual’ or ‘Team’ subscription

  2. Add the fields you want to extract from the document

  3. Offline: Create an excel sheet with sample data for all these fields

  4. Offline: Format all fields to represent the way the data should ideally look like in the final output. [Eg: Date format, currency representation, etc]

  5. Offline: Add these fields into the workspace configuration

  6. Create the export template(s) with the necessary field formats required in your output.

  7. Assign the users who will work on this workspace

  8. Activate the workspace
