# How do I configure a Workspace without Data Clusters?

1. **Set up a new workspace** with the ‘Individual’ or ‘Team’ subscription
2. **Add the fields** you want to extract from the document
3. *Offline: Create an excel sheet with sample data for all these fields*
4. *Offline:  Format all fields to represent the way the data should ideally look like in the final output. \[Eg: Date format, currency representation, etc]*
5. *Offline:  Add these fields into the workspace configuration*
6. **Create the export template(s)** with the necessary field formats required in your output.
7. **Assign the users** who will work on this workspace
8. **Activate the workspace**
