What kind of data can I extract out of a document?

You can extract any kind of data from your document. It could be names, dates, currency values, entire sentences, entire paragraphs. If you can select it, you can extract it.

Also, you can extract multiple parts of different sentences or paragraphs for a single field if the data appears like that in your documents.
